Aligning Stakeholders Through Data and Design

The goal was to create a simple dashboard for Nissan's Battery Analysis Tool that predicts battery health, helps manage batteries, and guides decisions, boosting efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Through workshops, data analysis, and UX research, we aligned stakeholders to build a simple, effective tool for internal teams and customers via the My Nissan app.
