Over the past four years, I have built a versatile skill set through roles as VP of Design and Product Design Director at software development companies. I led the design of four applications, which included desktop, mobile, and tablet, along with three websites, working with clients and stakeholders from CEOs to customer support teams across the USA, Japan, and Vietnam.
Without a dedicated team, I took on many roles: UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Product Owner. This taught me to find elegant solutions, balance user needs with business goals, and deliver quality work on time. Looking ahead, I want to use these experiences to collaborate with talented teams, solve tough problems, and grow into a leadership role that creates meaningful products and experiences.
